Hello! We are a gluten-free sourdough wholesale production bakery that recently moved to Vista, and we are looking for some reliable, dedicated team members. We currently have the following part-time - full-time shifts available: Shift 1 (PT to FT) $15 per hr Sunday 12pm - 5pm (*flexible) Monday 1pm - 9:30pm Tuesday 12pm - 5pm (*flexible) Wednesday 1pm - 9:30pm Thursday 10am - 3pm (*flexible) (*flexible: not all work within shift has to be performed at a specific time, so start and end times are adjustable, and additional hours are available) Main Tasks Include: -Oven Management -Running Slicing & Closure Equipment, bagging bread -Monitoring bread for slicing readiness -Batch weighing -Cleaning, shutdown -Fermentation Tank Management, Feeding & Cleaning -Facility & equipment maintenance/cleaning Shift 2 (PT) $14 per hr Monday 7am - 3:30pm Tuesday 7am - 11am Wednesday 7am - 3:30pm Thursday 7am - 11am Main Tasks Include: -Dough depositing in pans -Oven Management -Boxing and palletizing product -Batch weighing -Cleaning Please reply with your availability and why you think this job is right for you.
