Hi! We have a 5 week old shorthair kitten available for adoption. He is feisty, adorable, friendly and very cute. He is still with his mom right now, but already eats solid food, uses the litter box and is learning the ways of an indoor cat. He will be ready to go to a wonderful forever home in about 3 weeks. Ideally he will be in his forever home between 8 and 12 weeks maximum in age. We rescued the kitten and his mom from outdoors, where they were fending for themselves. The mom is extremely friendly and not feral at all. She had 4 kittens originally, but 3 disappeared, and we fear they were killed by predators. We are so thankful to have been able to rescue her and her one remaining kitten while there was still time. We want to make sure this little boy goes to a wonderful forever home. We will contact potential matches and arrange for a brief meet-and-greet so you can meet the kitten and we can get a feel for how he would do with you. There is a $25 adoption fee.
