l was sitting in my car today parked on the street minding my business and this man came up to me and started aggressively harassing me telling me "I was not allowed to be parked outside of his house" even though i was on the street ON PUBLIC PROPERTY. He began to stand there recording me and arguing with me for 20 min being a complete asshole and even went so far as to put his sprinkler on right up to my car when my windows were down completely soaking the inside of my car. He lives at 411 s forest drive. He seems very mentally unstable. What kind of sane person comes out and harasses someone for sitting in their car on their phone minding their business?! I called the cops and they did nothing.
