Exterior carpentry work, maybe some interior

We are building a house in Denver and need to finish up things here so we can put our house up for sale in the spring. The one thing I need to do is the trim under the gutters. 1 x 8 Mirtek. Old board is cedar. Some I have replaced but some still needs to be done. I have the boards and screws etc plus many tools. $20-30 an hour cash. I'm semi retired and have Tuesdays, Thursdays and the weekends to work. There is no urgency to get this done. I'm very flexible on what days we would work. I will have some other work here I could use help on soon after. Let me know your qualifications etc. Not just a "I can help you".
