Concession company working the Mankato Ribfest, August 5-8, at the Vetter Stone Amphitheater is hiring qualified cooks and cashiers. Previous concession or fast food experience is a plus. This is an outdoor event at Riverfront Park. Event hours are Thursday 5-10:30pm, Friday 5-11:00pm, Saturday Noon - 11pm and Sunday Noon - 5pm. Exact working hours will vary depending on business levels.
