Licensed Electrician for light/ceiling fan replacement

We are looking for a LICENSED electrician to replace 3 pendant light fixtures and a ceiling fan in our home. This project requires 20' access to our vaulted ceilings using either an a-frame ladder, power man lift, or scaffolding. The ceiling fan replacement may require a second person, as these are heavy and the install is 20' up in our great room. See photos for details. Two hall lights are approx 12' high on second floor above great room. Ceiling fan and 1 pendant light are approx 20' high. All materials have already been purchased and are on site.
