Looking for a full-time residential window cleaner. This position is for 35-40 hours a week year round Training time will be paid at an hourly rate of $17-25 based on residential window cleaning experience Residential window cleaning experience is preferred but I can teach almost anyone with the right attitude and physical skill-set to do this well in a few months. Must haves: Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Pass a background check Able to move, and work with ladders that weigh between 50-75 pounds Attributes that make a person a great fit for this job: Good agility and balance make working off an extension ladder much easier. The ability to enjoy working outside in all Colorado has to offer weather-wise. Positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team. Being able to work a somewhat physically demanding job.
