Hi i am looking for a small breed puppy for 200 or with payments or something. i got scammed once already :(. the puppy is for my grandfather. my husband and I would also be taking care of it as well. we own our home, have the abilty to pay vet fees. plan to get it fixed right away. please help me find a pup.
