Painting laborer needed

I have some paint and deck refinishing jobs coming up and I'd like to find a laborer who's available a few days for prep- sanding, scraping, setup, taping, site protection, cleanup, etc. I ran a paint crew before COVID and if I find enough experienced people to work with this might turn into a regular gig. I also do other construction projects. Please tell me a few sentences about your skills experience. Tell me about all your construction experience, not just painting, in case I have other projects I need help with.
