We have a Zoologist, Biochemist, and a PhD Entomologist on staff to quickly guide you for future success. We are looking for the next service technicians, sales reps, service supervisors, customer service representatives, and many other positions as we grow. We are looking for the following: A great smile and customer service attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong problem solving skills The ability to work independently in this task oriented field Willing to work outside in all weather conditions A willingness to enter crawl spaces as well as climb ladders when needed The willingness to recommend additional services when needed The ability to develop and maintain client relationships Valid driver's license with a good driving record Pass a background check and drug screening Some computer knowledge and skills Must be willing to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed for overtime during the Spring and Summer. Overtime is given to those who want it first, but may be required based on the flow of business from April through September. Earnings potential is hourly plus commission for a total of $30,000-50,000/year to start with quick advancement opportunities and ways to earn more money based on performance, taking online classes, and commissions.
