This seems to be the problems with liberals. They know nothing of our constitution, our laws or our government. The last two years of Trump's term congress was held by democrats and communist traitors who ran up spending. The house is the branch of government that holds the purse strings and pass spending laws. No surprise that the op had no knowledge of how spending laws are passed. Like all libs, all they are only concern is if that new welfare check is on time.
