"Conservatives HATE that. They want to ENFORCE their religious views on EVERYONE. Since their religion has decided that abortion is wrong, they want to make everyone follow their rules. Since their religion decided that anything other than heterosexual marriage is wrong, they want to enforce their religion on everyone and decide who can and can't be married. It's not good enough for them to be able to practice their own beliefs. They want to REQUIRE that EVERYONE follow their beliefs too. So much for free will. They HATE the very idea of the people having free will." If you find a great restaurant that gives you all you could possibly want from a restaurant, do you not tell your friends and neighbors so they too can enjoy the feast? I've never EVER seen anyone being forced into a church. I did not decide that abortion is wrong, nor did I decide that men are men and women are women. That is not only a fact of science, but God's will. I follow His will and Commandments. I certainly do not follow the advice of someone who is confused on which bathroom to walk into. I merely share the good word that He gave us. Seems you could use some light and clarity that it gives. Now is that suggestion enforced? Maybe it's that you feel compelled to seek religion....nobody is forcing you to check it out with an open mind. I too shared your confusion at some point.
