Looking to hire a maintenance/handyman for short term. This will be working for a property owner assisting with small projects at some of their rentals. Projects range from pressure washing, painting, tree work, lawn work, & small carpentry to general repairs and maintenance. Must have knowledge and experience with basic carpentry & basic electrical. All tools and equipment will be provided. Some projects will be physically demanding. You will be working alone so you must be motivated and trustworthy. Job will last 2-3 months but could turn into more if a good fit. More money if you can: weld, operate equipment, build fence. Pay ranges from $16-$22/hr. 6-8 hour days paid every Friday.
