Staging Installation This position is integral in the staging process for a home going to market for sale. Our installers work with complete attention to detail, moving furniture, art and accessories with care so no damage occurs to the home or items moved. Installers move all furniture and décor and help setting up the home design. • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and maneuver furniture in tight spaces • Attention to detail is critical • Work well with a partner and communicate while carrying heavy items • Understand the professional side of business, communicating with homeowners, realtors and other real estate professionals when needed • Learn and implement staging rules to create a beautiful space • Willingness to learn design concepts • Work with inventory applications to accurately pack and install correct items from the warehouse • Background check required We do ask that applicants be vaccinated for COVID-19 or be willing to wear a mask when working in homes and close proximity to others.
