Looking to partner up with another tattoo artist to share a small space downtown for a tattoo studio. Rent is 600$ a month for 12 month lease. Wiling to go 50/50 for rent. No profit sharing working Independently with our own clientele.Can split walk ins. Preferbly female tattoo artist,since I'm a female but will be happy to connect with artistic,no drug, drama fee person (I'm super LGBTQ+ friendly, harrasment free studio,body positive,any skin tone friendly studio,safe for woman) who just want to tattoo do art and grow.
