JANITORIAL POSITIONS FULL TIME AND PART TIME FOR OFFICE BUILDING IN DELAND AREA $ 10.50 PER HOUR TO START- TEMP TO HIRE POSITIONS - CHOOSE FULL TIME OR PART TIME Janitorial Position for Office building, Choose full time or part time; available shifts are Monday - Sunday anytime between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM. BENEFITS WHEN PERMANENT • Awarded 3 paid days immediately, earn/accrue additional paid time off as years of service increase. • 401K with company matching after 1 year of service. • Eligible for performance based pay increases over time. • OT paid at time and a half for anything over 40 hours per week. JOB DESCRIPTION Nice office building- Friendly co-workers and supervisors Must be able to stand for long periods of time, some lifting and walk up and down stairs. Cleaning Office areas - duties include emptying trash, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping all hard surface flooring. Bathrooms duties include cleaning toilets and sinks, wiping all hard surfaces with disinfectant, cleaning mirrors, polishing stainless steel, sweeping and mopping. Cleaning Break rooms
