Gym membership transfer

I am looking to transfer a single membership to the Wilson's Fitness on Rangeline. The membership is good through 3/14/22 and paid in full. Original cost was $540 after tax for 12 months. Requesting $250 for the remaining 7 1/2 months (this is less than the cost of six months so you are really getting a deal) and I will cover the transfer fee from this amount.
