Small red and white puppy found running across the street by the fire department I almost hit him so I stopped and picked him up I'm trying to find his owners he had a flea collar on so I know he belongs to someone I lost a puppy One week ago Whoever found him turned in one dog and kept the other 1 so I know how it feels to not have your puppy returned I just want to get him home
