Part Time position available immediately up to 32 hours weekly, all year Full Time position may be offered to the correct individual that desires to exceed expectations I am currently searching for someone who is capable of following a punch list and making repairs if required. This is basic apartment turns, you may have to change window blinds and lightbulbs. But, you may also need to change a garbage disposal or a fluidmaster. You will need to provide your own tools and transportation. There are two locations in King of Prussia assigned to you within 3 miles and also the occasional trip to the hardware store. No on-call required Pay for this position is based on your experience, knowledge and desire to grow within this company. Experience is preferred but not required. Training is provided for the right individual. Professionalism is a must! Pay increases and bonuses.
