I’m looking for a few contractors to come in and assist with rehabbing rental units that are all within the same block. We are looking for contractors to come in and do the flooring and base board. Also if your crew can do painting and Sheetrock repair please let us know if you’d be interested in that as well. if you paint cabinets for the small we kitchens please let us know. The flooring will be laminate flooring click in like hardwood style.
process would be is that you would receive the dimensions, pictures of units, square footage, and go over with me on phone any questions.
