Shaker POS - Touchup Job

I need someone to touch up some paint on our home in Shaker. Below the 2 windows have passed inspection. I need someone who can get up past the two windows and to the dormer. I can rent a 40ft ladder if need be. But for those that have it I will tip well. This job will most likely be short and sweet. It doesnt have to be perfect to pass. We just need fo get the big chips that are flaking scrapped and painted. I have the pain on hand already. If you want to make a quick buck please respond. If you have your own ladder please mention that when reaching out. The sooner the better (will pay more to get it done today - Sunday July 25).
