Center Stage Music School is looking for a violin teacher to take over an existing body of students for in person learning. The ideal applicant is a permanent NC resident that can easily travel to the Raleigh/Garner area, has an outgoing personality, and enjoys working with children. Applicants should have a music degree, be in the process of earning a music degree, or have applicable experience. Must be available 2 days per week to teach at both our locations. Tuesdays in Garner and Wednesdays in Raleigh from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Our average student is age 8 and is a beginner to intermediate skill level however we do offer lessons for ages 5 to adult. We host two recitals a year because we know that performance is a very important aspect of music education. Our teachers are expected to take part in our performances and to encourage their students to participate. Our teachers are always paid for their time which includes our free trial lessons, participating in recitals, rehearsals, or competitions. Center Stage Music School is a very family oriented and nurturing place. Most of our staff, students, and parents have been with us for many years.
