Construction/Prop management needs construction crew - will train $$ !

HB property management company is growing, seeking individual with or without experience, but willing to learn. Will train onsite, paid. Will be doing basic demolition, installing wood/laminate flooring and baseboards, painting, tile, etc. Seeking individual who can work well as part of a crew, with desire to learn and ability to lift at least 35lbs. Also, must have own transportation. Absolutely no drug use, as we reserve the right to test. Most properties located in Huntington Beach area, but some local travel may be required. Construction experience a plus but not necessary. Legal permission to work in the US or US citizenship required. Hourly pay based on experience, 35-40 hours a week guaranteed, Monday - Friday. Days usually begin between 7-8am. Weekly pay checks for the previous week, no medical. At will opportunity. Position to be filled ASAP.
