Perfect job for college student and/or someone who currently works evenings elsewhere: Growing real estate company in Huntington Beach will train. Job includes vacant home/apartment cleaning and staging for potential renters. Part-time hours paying full-time wages: earn $150.00 per 5 hour work day. Plus, paid training and potential quarterly bonuses. All scheduled jobs will be completed between 11am and 4pm daily, typically 2-3x per week, Monday - Sunday (based on need.) One clean per scheduled work day. More cleaning days available based on our needs and your dependability. We provide all supplies. Schedule provided in advance with opportunity to work more as new cleans are needed. You will be paid each week for the prior week's cleans. Qualifications: Be at least 18 years old, able to lift 25lbs, speak and read English, be a United States citizen or have legal permission to work in the United States, have your own transportation, and NO drug use. We reserve the right to drug test. The right candidates will have a great work ethic, be a team player, and absolutely be willing to learn.
