Prices for apartment and multi-family construction DO NOT pay like Mr & Mrs Smith do. Please have experience with high quantity turns. I’ve been doing apartment rennovations for over 20 years. If you’re anything other then a hardworking and money hungry individual, we won’t get along. I move fast, talk fast and don’t have time for excuses or grown men who want to get paid but don’t want to work.
