Rufus is a 2 1/2years old shin Tzu mix. He only about 8lbs. He is not Neutered utd on vaccine. Great with other pets and children. Re homing him due to a divorce and either of us can’t take. Must be able to pick him up or meet up in Rhode Island area only THERE IS A REHOMING FEE
