Mowing and Weeding Help Needed ASAP

Im looking for someone able to mow the small front and back yard, as well as pull weeds from the raised beds shown (nothing needs to be saved it can all go). Must have your own mower as our apartment didnt come with one. Today or Monday preferred as Ive gotten a warning from the city already. Payment via CashApp, Paypal, or Venmo only. The previous tenants left a feral cat home made from a rubbermaid bin in the back and would pay extra to have that removed as well. Thanks!
