So basically you want to make money off other people's talent and criticize everybody. STFU and put a band together. Let us judge your shitty band because I have the feeling you ain't nothin but an out of shape, no talent, loud mouth. There's tons of good musicians in the area. Bars don't pay shit, fact. So what, if your having fun it ain't about the money. If it is about the $$$ for you, then God bless you, go for it. You'll be playing music you'll hate the first couple times out, dealing with Bridezillas and shady promoters/producers like yourself. I'm not the greatest bass player, guitar player, or singer, but I've got a feeling I can whoop your ass any day with 7 broken fingers coming off a 3 day bender gargling with glass and putting down a pack of Marlboro reds just before I go on. Just sayin, check yourself fool.
