Adult tricycle with 2 wheels in front

Hello, I do not know if this is the right spot for my request, I am starting out here. I am trying to find one of these to see if I would be able to bike again. The local stores do not stock them. I have balance difficulties and have read the the trikes with 2 wheels in front are stable compared to the ones with the 2 wheels in the back.
