Qualified Handyman or Handywoman with all general home type skills needed, such as: minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping, yardwork, some outdoor cleaning and "people skills". Computer skills are a huge plus and if you have your own laptop or tablet even better. We are a small and growing vacation home rental company looking for a handy(person) Starting part time, hours can increase if wanted. Retired, semi-retired is fine or getting in on the ground floor of growing company with future career is very possible. Applicant must have a clean appearance with the ability to follow directions and think for yourself when necessary. You must have your own dependable transportation and a valid Florida driver's license. We need the applicant to start ASAP. Starting pay will be $20 per hour if you have the proper skills. We do not need your resume currently. Email us a couple of paragraphs about yourself, including your skills and qualifications. Also tell us why you would be a good “fit” with our company. You will start as an independent contractor on an hourly basis, and we can go from there. NOTE: Working all day on Saturdays is a MUST!
