Roman is a 2yr old AKC (never registered) male rottie, docked tail, not neutered. He's a stocky big boy. We have had some major life changes including an elderly disabled relative moving in that I now care for full time and have made the hard decision to rehome our Roman. Roman is a big block headed boy, with a VERY chill personality 95% of the time. He isn't hyper at all but will jump up on you to give you hugs. His favorite thing to do is be right by your side getting love. We will search for the very pefect family and will wait as long as we need to, to find that. Roman is very smart, but he is a big boy and can be very stubborn so an experienced Rottie owner is required. He will need to be in a home with no other male dogs, but he's never had problems with our females or even our cat. He's usually very gentle but can be testy at times when he wants to not be bothered so a home without small children is required. our youngest is 7, he was 5 when we got Roman and there has never been any incidents but my son is very familiar with the breed and understands the signs and signals of dogs and knows how to handle himself around them. Roman would make a wonderful companion for someone that works from home, he is very calm and quiet and you won't have to worry about him bothering you or your work except him wanting to lay by your feet :) He loves car rides, and puppaccinos, belly rubes will make him your bff but good luck trying to stop because he will paw your hand to where he wants to be rubbed lmao!! He is so handsome, but he is also really adorable and reminds me of falkcor from neverending story sometimes with his expressions. We are looking for a home where we can keep in touch and will require an application to be filled out and approved before placement. Again, we are in no rush so we will wait for the right situation.
