CAB Signs, a local sign company in Brooklyn, New York is looking for a Janitor to add to the team. The role of the Janitor is to help us improve and increase our productivity. This is a Part-time position. We are looking for a few people that can work 2-3 days a week. Normal hours will be 2:15 - 5:45. ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed. -Doing basic, “daily” housekeeping such as sweeping, cleaning bathroom, vacuuming etc.. -Throwing out garbage on a daily basis -Maintaining the exterior of building to present a professional appearance. This includes the front, side, and yard. Required Experience: -Experience performing routine maintenance/janitorial duties -Ability to maintain focus while working individually -Professional presentation and attitude
