Full Time Overnight Maintenance/Porter needed for busy Times Square restaurant. Duties include: Complete regular maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, painting, maintaining grounds (watering plants, upkeep of store front and outdoor seating area such as sweeping/vacuuming and snow/ice removal during winter months) and accepting inventory deliveries. Performing necessary cleaning activities such as dishes, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal etc. Shift: Wednesday-Sunday 12am-8am $18 - $20/HR Si, hablamos Espanol Mantenimiento a tiempo completo durante la noche/portero o portera requerido para tiempos atareado en ‘Times Square’. Responsabilidades incluyen: Completar objetivos de mantenimiento típico, como cambiando bombillos de luz, pintando, regando plantas, manteniendo el frente de el restaurante limpio (incluyendo limpiar las mesas de afuera, barrer/aspirar, quitar hielo y nieve durante el invierno), y aceptando entregadas de inventarios. Fregando los platos, barriendo, limpiando el polvo, pasando la aspiradora, fregando el suelo, desechando la basura, etcétera. El horario: Miércoles-Domingo 12 am - 8 am $18 - $20/HR
