Becoming Mama, Becoming Me: A three-part Saturday morning retreat for anyone identifying as a mother led by Dr. Jessica Larson. With her roles as both mother and psychologist, Dr. Larson helps participants carve out time for self-care, self-compassion, reflection, and connection with other parents. Learn strategies for challenging the inner critic, “mom guilt” and perfectionism, and setting boundaries for self care and renewal. Includes light refreshments.
