Beautiful Cat Need To Rehome

Unfortunately I have a beautiful 1 year old cat that I need to surrender by today. He has all of his shots but is not neutered. I have food, nice litter box, bed, treats and a cat stand etc. that can go with him. I feel terrible but have no other option and I want to make sure he goes to a good home so I am asking for a small rehoming fee of $100. Thank you!
