I am Mariah B., I’ll be your wellness coach hosting a free fit camp with Fabletics on Sunday, August 1st at 9:30am (eastern time)! ~I am super excited to be able to give you all an amazing time and fitness class! I have tackled many challenges in my life such as doctors telling me that I will never be able to lose weight and that it will be impossible to do due to my stomach issues. I have PCOS, IBS, and celiac disease. I was also at high risk of diabetes too. But, I am also here today to show and tell you to never let someone’s opinions dictate what you are capable of ever accomplishing! I am super grateful and fortunate to share my journey and knowledge with you all! My mission is to turn what people’s opinions and even your own opinion of what you think is impossible actually possible and into your new reality! I felt abnormal and defeated every time I had a new medical issue. But that’s exactly what I did I used my emotions of feeling different as my fuel to show everyone whom has ever felt the way I did that we are so much more than we think and that we have control over our own narratives. We become what we think. So I made a promise to myself that I would never think that my condition and what I may go through in life is to stop me from being great but instead challenge me to become so much more! I am a warrior and so are you!!!
