Take a look at the behind the scenes of our A.T.Y Hospitality operations! All ages are welcome for a behind-the-scenes walk through and tour to see the day-to-day operations of Sift Bake Shop! Experience live demonstrations by our chefs and enjoy light bites throughout the bakery. Continue to the A.T.Y Confections workspace in The Standard (next door), and then finish your experience at Young Buns Doughnuts on Main Street for a sweet ending! All tickets include bakery tour, demos, light bites, & welcome drink. *Please note: Tours depart every 5 minutes within the allotted time stated on your ticket(s) Tour of entire operationFood(1) Glass of sparkling wine or nonalcoholic beverageWater throughoutThings to know before you go: Following CDC guidelines, vaccinated patrons are not required to wear a mask. Parking: Street parking is available throughout Downtown Mystic, and a paid parking lot is located directly behind Sift in the Mystic Museum of Art. Sift will validate parking for discounted rates. Please allot extra time to secure parking. Weather: All events will be held rain or shine. Handicap Accessibility: Weekend celebrations do include stairs and some walking. Refund Policy: Regretfully no refunds will be given and all sales are final. Books will be mailed to those who can't attend, but have purchased a book.
