Welcome to UP! Pilates meets barre, yoga, and functional training. This uplifting full-body 50-minute class improves flexibility, builds strength, and develops muscle control and endurance. In class we emphasize proper body alignment, developing a strong core and balance while moving mindfully. For class, please bring your yoga mat and towel. Yoga block and resistance loop are optional. We have mats available at the studio if needed. Shop before and after class at the POP-UP Athleta boutique in the studio. Sips and snacks from local vendors. Let’s have some fun!
