9-11 taught us to value family. We thank God for our families and we honor God and our families with a family run and health fair. Think about what 9-11 taught us about family. Words left unsaid, apologies never given or received, expressions of love and appreciation delayed forever. What started out as an invitation for church members to join with me in a 10k run, has turned into a family gathering event to highlight togetherness, health and the value of family. You can walk or run --by yourself or with your family. Please join us for education, fellowship and fun. Let's start a new health pattern that will better our quality of life.
