Very excited to announce the first SIL Golf Outing that will be benefiting the Les Turner Foundation. Everactive Solutions, KO Business Solutions and Midwest Medicare Advisors are coming together to host the SIL Golf Outing at Canal Shores located in Evanston on August 19th, 2021 at 1pm. We will be raising money to benefit the Les Turner Foundation. The Les Turner ALS Foundation is one of the longest-serving independent ALS groups in the country. For over 40 years, they have taken an individualized approach to ensure each person living with the disease receives the best quality of care and access to the most promising therapies. They treat each person like family, supporting them every step of the way, and provide their loved ones with answers and encouragement. The Les Turner ALS Center at Northwestern Medicine is led by the most well-respected and successful clinicians and researchers in the field, advancing vital care and research in pursuit of life-enhancing treatments and a cure. The golf outing will be limited to only 50 golfers. Fee for the outing will be $90 per golfer which will include golf and a light dinner after the round ends. Check-in time for the golfers will be from 12-1pm. There will be a cash bar available and we will begin the networking portion of the event at 4pm. The networking and dinner portion is open to everyone in SIL but only the golfers will have a prepaid meal. We will be running raffles and giving away prizes so we encourage everyone to come and support if possible.
