Found beautiful dog beheaded

Theres a ditch not to far from my house and I went for a ride on by bike the other day, when I was passing the ditch I noticed a horrendous odor coming from the ditch below, I peeked my head over and saw a decomposing dog's body with its head slashed and separated, Whatever did that to the poor dog was obviously a human but I couldn't get over the fact that the person(s) who did it absolutely brutalized this poor dog to the the point that it was hard to recognize what breed it was, It looked like a mix of pitbull/boxer/bulldog still not really sure though Im probably wrong but it was all brown and no collar, I'm not a big pet person but whoever did this is a sick motherf*cker and you deserve to die, I tried to contact animal control or someone but no one came around I couldn't move the dog either because the smell was horrible, went by there today and the body was gone, rather someone moved it or just completely decomposed Idk but poor dog. contact me if you've had your all Brown pitbull/boxer/bulldog/etc. mix stolen or missing. I know there's not much to go off but I just want the beloved owner of the dog (if it had one) to know its passed.
