A CHILD'S DREAM -CA AND ALLIES FOR EVERY CHILD'S ANNUAL BACK TO SCHOOL DRIVE-THROUGH AUGUST 14, 2021 Hello Volunteers! Thank you for your interest in A Child’s Dream-CA & Allies For Every Child's Annual Outreach. We are excited that you desire to volunteer during the Annual Back to School Drive-Through Distribution on Saturday, August 14, 2021. The hours of the event are from 11:00am - 2 pm; volunteer hours are from 8:30am - 3:30pm. COVID-19 Safety Protocols are still in place. 1. Ages 16 years and up are encouraged to volunteer. 2. We ask volunteers to commit to a minimum of four hours. 3. Volunteers must wear a mask (will be provided). Mask must be over the nose. 4. When your shift is over, volunteers are encouraged to leave the event. Volunteer opportunities: • Traffic Control • Set-up (includes packing non-perishables and vegetables) • Check-in families • Runners (keeping distribution stations stocked) • Distribute non-perishables and vegetables. • Distribute backpacks and supplies • Clean-up Volunteer hours: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. Select a shift: 4 hours or All Day (8:30am-12:30pm, 11:30am -3:30pm, All Day) The event details are as follows: Date: Saturday, August 14, 2021 Time: 11:00 am until 2:00 pm Place: Allies for Every Child 12120 Wagner Street Culver City, California 90230 Parking: There is a small parking lot at 12120 Wagner Street. Wagner is a small side street just south of Culver Blvd and off of Inglewood Blvd. Google maps will take you to the wrong side of the dead-end: you MUST enter from Inglewood Blvd. If the lot is full, there is neighborhood parking.
