She will review: Searching Tips and Proficiency History, ADU's, new construction, private and public remarksSearch by mapCustomizing search fieldsCustomize your one-line gridUsing cartsRealist searches and gotchasBill Miller, CEO, and Dave Howe, Vice President of Compliance, will discuss the Metrolist system and upcoming changes, MLS rules, and duplicate listings. Show up and ask your questions! This class is approved by the California Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers for 2 hours of continuing education (BREA approval#17CP986603072). Cost is $30 for members/$60 for non-members and includes the cost of your meal.
