Sound Bath & Acoustic Performance guided by Chelsea Shag You are invited on Monday July 26th at 8pm for a Sound Bath & Acoustic Performance guided by me, Chelsea Shag. We will start off with an hour-long sound bath and all you need to bring is yourself, a blanket, a pillow, water, and a journal (yoga mats will be provided) and I encourage you to wear the comfiest of clothes. We will go on a journey of self-soothing through frequencies and vibrations from crystal quartz singing bowls, the ancient gong, shakers, chimes, and a seadrum. To cap the night off, we will have an intimate acoustic performance by yours truly. Sound is medicine in all types of forms whether it be the gong or drum, or a sweet little song from the acoustic guitar. I intend for this experience to bring peace within yourself, inspire you to follow your heart's desires, become more connected with yourself, and encourage you to share your light with the world.
