The first three coffees we've offered from The Optimist Roasting Company are all from Honduras and each have very distinct characteristics. In this informal tasting, we'll get a chance to compare the three Honduran coffees we currently have on offer. Two of the coffees are from Finca La Joya in El Paraíso, and the third is from Finca Santa Lucia near Comayagua. These are the first three coffees we've offered for sale from The Optimist Roasting Co., and we love them each for very different reasons.
