Regular weekly house cleaner needed

Looking for a housecleaner for regular, 4 hour weekly deep cleanings of our family home. The house is approximately 2500-3000 sqft, but would need only a portion (50-70%) cleaned on a particular week. Areas to be cleaned weekly include the main living space, the kitchen, master bed and bath, powder room, back porch, changing and laundering sheets and bath mats, with 1-2 additional rooms or bathrooms to be done every other week. Cleaner must be flexible and willing to clean any area of the house as needed or requested and should be able to perform detail oriented work and deep cleaning, including tile cleaning, organization, baseboards, ceiling fans, refrigerator, etc, typically done every month or so as needed. Cleaner should have experience working as a professional house cleaner, and must be vaccinated against COVID-19. Offering $250/week for 4 hours of cleaning, preferably done on Thursday of Friday each week.
