Performance PowerSports & Marine is currently hiring for a full time lot associate and technician position. We are looking for a reliable, organized, self motivated, and skilled technician to join our build team. Requirements to be considered for this job... Must have valid drivers license with reliable transportation Able to work our business hours of Tuesday thru Saturday from 9am to 6pm with the flexibility to stay past 6pm if needed during the summer months. Able to safely operate a forklift, drive work trucks and pull a trailer up to 24ft long Able to work well with others and able to complete tasks alone Follow specific directions from management and execute assigned time of completion Must have your own tools and be open to purchase specific tools that will be needed to build units Must be handy with tools with experience in minor repairs Able to safely lift units from crates, assemble units by following build instructions without causing damage Able to properly assemble units and ready for customers Must be honest, prompt and open to doing things our way and not your way Safely unload tractor trailers loads of crates in a timely manner Follow all safety and compliance regulations Keep lot and shop cleaned and organized as instructed by management at all times Have a positive and energetic appearance in the work environment contributing to the sales department Demonstrate attentiveness and proper use of all equipment Support fellow technicians in completing tasks as needed Report any damages or concerns about equipment or units to management Promotes team attitude and supports other team members, departments and locations to insure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, delivery and delivery time.
