Join us for the kickoff of Fit Mom Bootcamp by Fit Evolution. Think of Fit Mom Bootcamp as a health and fitness goal challenge (you pick your goal!) that has been designed and taught by health coach Jereke Armstrong, in partnership with San Diego Moms. Classes will be held on Tuesday's and Thursday’s @ 5 pm, starting after the August 5th kickoff event at Fit Evolution located at 9726 Aero Drive, 92123. We are starting Fit Mom Bootcamp off with a fun event that includes a FREE group training session with Jereke Armstrong and it includes prizes, drinks and networking after the event. Trust me you won't want to miss it! This is such a great way to see if you connect with Jereke and the other moms and women there. This bootcamp is open to all women, not just mamas.
