A two day conference featuring keynote speaker Alisa Childers with a focus on learning how to speak truth in a culture of pretty little lies. Dates and Times: Session 1: Friday, October 1, from 7:00pm - 9:30pm (Doors open at 6:00pm) Session 2: Saturday, October 2, from 9:00am - 4:00pm (Doors open at 8:00am) Keynote Speaker: Alisa Childers has been a lifelong church-goer, follower of Jesus, and former Contemporary Christian Music recording artist with the Dove award-winning group ZOEgirl, she experienced a period of profound doubt about her faith in her mid-thirties. She felt as though she had been tossed in a stormy ocean of uncertainty with no life jacket or lifeboat in sight. She didn't know where to find answers to her questions, or if answers existed at all. She began to investigate her faith intellectually—she took seminary classes and read everything she could get her hands on. This began her journey from unreasoned doubt into a vibrant, rational, and informed faith. So let's jump in and tackle some tough questions together.
