ISO a house for rent!

Hi me and my family are in search of a 2 or more bedroom house for under $1500 a month. It would be myself my mother and my father living on the premises for the first few months and then i would be moving out but they would be staying long term. We do have two dogs but again one of the dogs will be leaving with myself when i move out in about 6 or so months. My dads credit is good however mine and my mothers are very poor. My mom does have evictions on her however my dad would be the main lease holder and be the one who pays the bills and he has no evictions. We are super laid back and our dogs are older (both are 8years old) so they do not get into much of anything these days they are larger breed mine is a lab mix and my fathers is a weimerianer mix. We would love to find a farm house but we are willing to go anywhere from york city to new freedom to red lion to dallastown and any where in between as long as it is within 40mins of my dads job which is off of the emigsville exit off 83. We are hoping to find a place by the end of August at latest as that's when our current landlord would like us to be out, we have been here for about 2years and he is selling his house which is why we are having to move on such short notice.
